Strengthening climate governance and management capacities

Strengthen governance and management capacities of the government as a whole, necessary to effectively implement public policies on climate change. The TC seeks to strengthen these state capacities through the development and application of methodologies and knowledge for the improvement of: (i) strategic governance and state administrative management systems, (ii) regulatory improvement, and (iii) data management and transparency.
