Strengthening the technical capacity of Center of Government institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean through: (i) provide just-on-time technical assistance on demand to governments in the region, in particular those administrations starting or about to start; (ii) documenting different methodologies used by delivery units and other management units as well as the results obtained by them (what work and did not work) in the recent efforts in LAC; and (iii) promote learning and cooperation between high level practitioners working on this area.
