Support to the Program for Transparency and Equity in Social Spending II
The objective is to support the closure of a cycle of policy reforms that strengthens Panama's Social Protection System and improves equity in social spending. In this way, this TC will support the Ministry of Social Development (MIDES, Spanish acronym) in: (i) improving the targeting of Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) programs, (ii) moving forward with its process of institutional strengthening, (iii) advancing with the implementation of management tools to improve its technological and institutional capacity.
