Agricultural Diversification in Indigenous Communities

To help improve the revenues and diet of some 200 families in 20 rural indigenous communities in the Atlántico Norte Autonomous Region (hereinafter RAAN, the Spanish acronym for the region) through the small-scale production and marketing of sheep. Sheep raising is expected to represent a new way to generate additional revenues and obtain healthy, highly nutritional meat for family consumption.
