] ``Nous avions l’habitude de voir beaucoup plus de papillons autour de Port-au-Prince auparavant`` me disait Adolphe, notre Gérant de la logistique, un jour de l'année dernière quand il m'a vu accroupi devant une plante du nouveau jardin des bureaux de la BID à Port-au-Prince en train d’admirer un papillon Monarque qui venait d'arriver en Haïti d'Amérique du Nord après sa remarquable migration annuelle. Ce fut une simple observation mais cela m'a fait penser à ce qui avait pu changer et à me demander pourquoi le nombre de papillons avaient diminué de telle façon.
