Support the improvement of water supply in priority health centers in Venezuela

The general objective of this pilot program is to design and implement interventions to guarantee the supply of Potable Water (PW) and improve hygienic facilities in priority hospitals and health centers in Venezuela. The specific objectives of the program are: (i) develop alternatives for improvement of the provision of water and improvement of hygienic facilities in hospitals and health centers, which should respond to the particularities of the state of the current infrastructure of both the health center and the water supply system, including availability of water sources; (ii) implement such interventions in prioritized hospitals and health centers; and (iii) generate the operation and maintenance capacities of the implemented systems to ensure the sustainability of the interventions.
