Development of a Talent Attraction and Generation Strategy for Industry 4.0

The objective of this technical cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the local supply of advanced Industry 4.0 skills and the attraction of foreign talent required for the country's productive transformation. This includes increasing both the efficiency and scope of training and skills‑development processes and aligning human capital stock and flows with private‑sector needs, needed to increase FDI inflows.
