Strengthening the strategic management of government priorities through digital public innovation.

The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the institutional and digital capacities of Uruguayan government entities for the monitoring, management, and analysis of governmental strategic priorities. The specific objectives are: (i) to strengthen the Center of Government units to manage and monitor government priorities; (ii) to enhance the institutional capacities of organizations within the public integrity, money laundry prevention and oversight system related to governmental strategic priorities; and (iii) to promote innovation through an Information Technology (IT) management framework and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
