The general objective of the technical cooperation is to design an integrated package of strategic and programmatic tools that accelerates the reconversion of Uruguayan viticulture, contributing to (i) balancing supply and demand, (ii) adapting the productive profile to the requirements of the national and international market, and (iii) defining a roadmap for innovation and development of the sector.
