Support for improving non-revenue water management

The objective of this technical cooperation (TC) is to support the institutional strengthening of the Administración Nacional de las Obras Sanitarias del Estado - OSE, which is responsible for providing drinking water services throughout Uruguay and sanitation services outside Montevideo. This support is aimed at enhancing the organization's management capabilities, particularly in the areas of project design, monitoring, supervision, and evaluation.
To achieve this objective, the TC will fund activities in two key areas: (i) strengthening corporate management; and (ii) improving operational management within the organization.
