Support for the Design and Implementation of a Technological Strategy for Public Transport in Montevideo
The objective is to support the Municipality of Montevideo (IM) in the digital transformation of processes related to mobility in the city, such as the provision and maintenance of infrastructure, planning and management of traffic and public transport, and logistics of distribution of merchandise. Specifically, it seeks to provide technical support for the unification of all available information sources, inside and outside the IM, enhancing data analytics tools for planning and management; the development of open innovation processes focused on the automatic capture and processing of information; the improvement of public management processes; and communication with citizens to improve services and make the government more accountable.
