Support to the Preparation and Monitoring of Execution for the Third Neighborhood Improvement Program

Strengthen technical capacities of the Unidad Coordinadora de Programa (UCP) of Ministerio de Vivienda, Ordenamiento Territorial y Medio Ambiente (MVOTMA), executing agency of the Program. In particular, it will provide technical assistance to the MVOTMA to accurate and timely respond to the demands of the most complex irregular settlements, ensuring the quality of the investments and the coverage of the Program, incorporating an innovative approach especially to the issue of public spaces.
