UR-T1101 : Support to Policy and Strategic Planning for the Childhood 2015-2020

The objective of this TC is to strengthen the administration of Uruguay Crece Contigo (UCC) Program, in capabilities for formulation, planning and monitoring of public policies for children aimed at designing and developing the Protección Integral a la Primera Infancia (SPII) system. In particular, the TC will support the development of studies and technical assistance to develop a design plan long-term action (2015-2020) to serve as a support for the consolidation of SPII. The plan that will be developed according to the needs of Uruguay, and is alienated national and international evidence on early childhood development issues. To perform this task, also funded knowledge exchange activities with experts from other countries, with the creation of a panel of experts, and technical workshops and a seminar to disseminate results.
