UR-T1091 : Electronic Health Record in Public Hospitals in Uruguay

The general objective of the project is to improve the quality of service to ASSE patients and to increase the efficiency of the system, by means of the adoption of information and communications technologies as instruments in the management of the services. The specific objective is to expand the electronic clinical history system for emergency services and hospital discharge, developed through the IMF project ATN/ME-10681-UR for the ¿Improvement of the Management and Productivity of the Health System¿ to all ASSE centers that provide emergency medical services.
