UR-T1086 : Strenghthening of the Public Administration National School

The overall objective of this TC is to improve the qualification and professionalism of human resources in public administration. This general objective is pursued through the following specific objectives: (i) improve the quality of training offered by the National School of Public Administration, (ii) increase the academic research on governance in volume and quality, and (iii) increase the ENAP ability to assess the impact of training and feedback imparting management planning and training. It is considered that the long-term aim of the project is to contribute to greater relevance and impact of ENAP in improving public sector management Uruguayan.
