To develop and implement an e-learning teachers' training model on the use of the technologies offered by Ceibal, according to e-learning model of the Korea Education & Research Information Service. Specific objectives (components): 1. Adapt the methodology and tools used by the CHL model for implementation in Uruguay and in Spanish. 2. Test and validate the adapted instruments with a group of primary and secondary schools. 3. Conduct an impact evaluation of the CHL model in Uruguay.
