UR-T1077 : Support Program design Prevention youth violence thru sports & other activits.

The objectives of this TC are: a) to contribute toward the prevention of crime and violence by vulnerable youth in three poor neighborhoods in Montevideo through sport, social, and labor activities. Different studies suggests that these activities are good tools for development, inclusion, and the promotion of peace and dialogue ; and b) to support social reintegration of youth who are in conflict with the law through sport, social and labor activities. These objectives are related to the ones of the loan program: Integral Plan of Citizen Security, UR-L1062 which will work on two complementary vectors: a) professional training of community policing by emphasizing the use of new technologies and intensive e-learning; and b) social, multi-agency and focused prevention on critical neighborhoods and most vulnerable citizens.
