The objective of this technical cooperation is the realization of due diligence studies that will determine the viability and financial sustainability of the Project. IDB will proceed with the financing for this Project only if such studies are satisfactory to IDB in form and substance. As such, the results of these studies constitute the cornerstone in IDB's decision to proceed with the loan.
