The overall objective is to increase the efficiency of road maintenance spending in order to preserve the connectivity of the National Road Network (RVN). The specific objectives are: (i) to ensure adequate levels of service in the intervened sections of the RVN; and (ii) to promote the improvement of the governance of the institutions involved in the road investment process.
