More security I: progress in key areas of public safety management

The general development objective is to contribute to strengthening the institutional capacity of the main bodies of the Ministry of the Interior (MI) to improve the efficiency of the penitentiary system and the effectiveness of police investigations. The specific development objectives are: (i) Improve the efficiency of the National Rehabilitation Institute (INR) in prison cycle management; and (ii) Increase the effectiveness of the National Police (PN) in crime investigations.
