Comprehensive Citizen Security Program II

The general development objective is to increase the prevention of homicides and Gender Based Violence (GBV), through the attention of populations at risk of crime as victims or perpetrators. The specific development objectives are: (i) to increase the capacity of the IF to interrupt violent acts linked to homicide in territories with high prevalence; (ii) to improve the relevance of GBV prevention and detection activities; and (iii) to improve the quality of services to reduce the risk of recidivism in the penal execution system.
