The general objective of the Program is to help reduce health risks by improving in the quality of water in beneficiary localities. The specific objectives are to: (i) improve water quality by reducing arsenic levels in drinking water systems in beneficiary localities; and (ii) strengthen OSE's capacities to properly manage the improved water systems.
