To support MVOTMA to undertake activities needed to finalize the preparation and initiate the execution of the "Montevideo Metropolitan Area (MMA) Solid Waste Management Program, (UR-L1019)". These include carrying out complementary studies for the final design of the infrastructure for treatment and centralize disposing of solid waste in the area and strengthening the implementation capacity of de national environmental agency (DINAMA) and the Municipalities.
