Modernizing the Tax System and Enhancing the Quality of Public Expenditure II
To promote policy actions to improve the efficiency of the public administration, particularly towards improving the quality of public expenditures, increasing the equity and efficiency of the fiscal system and it's administration, and promoting an articulated administration of human resources. To achieve these goals the program is structured upon three policy areas: (i) quality of expenditures and of the budget process; (ii) efficiency and equity of the fiscals system; and (iii) reform of the civil service.
