The objective of this TC is to generate operational evidence on how alternative recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and content-delivery strategies affect participation in Guy Talk, a WhatsApp-based intervention aimed at preventing intimate partner violence (IPV) among men in Trinidad and Tobago. To achieve this, the TC will support the Ministry of the People, Social Development and Family Services (MPSDFS) in implementing the first stage of a two-stage randomized evaluation of the program. The study will assess the effects of different strategies on registration, take-up, onboarding completion, participation intensity, retention, and program completion. The findings will inform future scale-up of Guy Talk and the design of a second-stage evaluation focused on behavioral and IPV-related outcomes.
