Support for the Preparation and Execution of the Trinidad and Tobago National Water Sector Transformation Program, Phase 2
The general objective of the TC is to support the GoRTT in the preparation and execution of the Trinidad and Tobago National Water Sector Transformation Program, Phase 2 (TT-L1071). The specific objectives of the TC are: (i) to support the assessment of the cost and technical/engineering aspects of the works; (ii) the preparation of due diligence studies; (iii) the preparation of environmental and social impact assessments; (iv) the preparation of financial, socioeconomic, and institutional capacity assessment platform (ICAP); (v) to provide technical assistance to the executing agency in procurement; and (vi) to promote sustainable and climate resilient infrastructure design response and management by integrating comprehensive climate risk and vulnerability assessments under different climate scenarios, strengthening also climate-risk informed decision-making and adaptative capacities.
