Strengthening Digital Inclusion among Vulnerable Groups in Trinidad and Tobago

Support the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in developing appropriate digital tools, curricula and capabilities to improve the digital inclusion of vulnerable groups in the society. The specific objectives of this TC are to: (i) develop new approaches to enhance the digital agency of Persons with Disabilities (PWD); (ii) increase the participation of rural communities in the digital society and economy; and (iii) build capacity and capabilities within public agencies to improve the uptake of digital services by the elderly.
