Production of Promotional and Educational Multimedia Content for the Environment
The project will establish capacity for the production of multimedia content (DVDs/CDs/cassettes) that provide 1) technical information for training tour operators and govt. employees on sustainable management of Tobago's marine environment 2) information on Tobago's environment as well as sustainable practices and guidelines for marine activities for tourists 3) educational material and good practices required to preserve Tobago's marine environment which will to support and complement existing awareness building exercises in schools and communities

This project complements the Bank's efforts to address environmental issues impacting the quality and sustainability of Tobago's water resource management via the Southwest Tobago Environmental Project (TT0053) and also complements the activities of the Caribbean Water Partnership which received assistance from the Bank to establish a regional network for Integrated Water Resource Management (ATN/WP-8781-RS). This project is directly related to "Environment and Hospitality" an area of strategic focus identified by COF/CTT in planning implementation of the MIF Delegation of Authority program.
