Fondesa's Formalization Project

The objective of this project is to support FONDESA in its conversion into an institution regulated by the Superintendency of Banks. The specific objectives are: (i) to assist FONDESA in preparing and submitting to the SIB its application for an operating permit; (ii) to provide FONDESA with the institutional strengthening needed during the conversion process; (iii) to improve FONDESA's management information systems; and (iv) to offer FONDESA's managerial and operations staff the necessary training and qualifications to assume the responsibilities of a regulated institution
