Support to Commercial Conflict Solution
The specific objectives of the program are to: (a) strengthen the centers that administer alternative dispute resolution methods used to settle commercial disputes in Mexico; (b) provide training for specialists in various disciplines who can serve as arbitrators and mediators; (c) raise awareness in order to create an alternative dispute resolution culture in Mexico, thereby generating demand for this type of service; and (d) draft a model federal mediation law to enhance the present alternative dispute resolution system in Mexico.
