Improvement of Water Resources Management
The objectives of the operation are: (i) to strengthen the planning and management capabilities of SEMARH's technical staff responsible for water resource management decisions; and (ii) to identify possible investments that will make possible to address a variety of problems ranging from water resources allocation for competing uses at the river basin scale to the assessment of human impacts on the hydrological regime, including water quality.
