Local Participation Galapagos Tourism

The general objective of the proposed project is to increase the competitiveness and productivity of local small enterprises through improved management and business skills. By helping improve the efficiency and operations of the smaller enterprises, it is expected that it will allow them to increase the value added on their services and products, thus generating higher margins This project encompasses two components: Training and technical assistance directed at small enterprises; and Institutional strengthening and promotion.
