Provide technical input to design a viable and sustainable accreditation (for establishments) and certification (for personnel) systems for the tourism industry in Bolivia, specifically designed to cover the needs of the small and medium enterprises. Such systems would include not only the application of international industry standards, but also the introduction of environmental and cultural sustainability criteria (i.e. ensuring the absence of undesirable environmental and cultural impacts, as well as maximization of potential benefits of the proposed activities).
