Sustainable Energy Efficiency Services
The general objective of this operation is to strengthen the oversight, regulatory, and planning functions of the Peruvian government in the area of energy efficiency. The specific objectives are to introduce monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for the energy services market, implement regulatory changes beneficial to this market, and establish effective program coordination and evaluation mechanisms within the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM).
