Central American Investment Fund for Small Enterprises - CASEIF I

An investment fund for financing small businesses in Central America, co-financed with Norfund, a Norwegian government development finance organization. Together, MIF and Norfund structured the proposal and selected the LAFISE group as fund manager, a highly regarded, diversified financial group, which has a regional network of offices throughout Central America. The project will support up to 20 growing businesses in Central America, which are changing in response to the growing opportunities in the region, resulting from the processes of reform underway.
