Support Program Bolsas Agropecuarias

Through support to BANSA, to offer a more efficient marketing alternative for basic commodities, ensuring BANSA's long-term financial viability. The project consists of the following components: (i) final selection of two or three strategic commodities; (ii) design and execution of a marketing campaign to capture a viable volume of commodities; (iii) training for groups involved in commodities trading; (iv) spot technical assistance in the legal, economic, and taxation areas to foster opening of the market; and (v) procurement of computer systems and hardware for price dissemination. Project supervision will foster coordination among agricultural commodity exchanges in the region.
