Private Health Plans Reglamentation
The proposed operation seek to implement the new legal framework of private health plans in Brazil. For this purpose, three activities need to be addressed: (a) the development of a micro-regulation structure in the sector; (b) the creation of a managerial information system to help the implementation of the new regulation on the private sector; and, (c) the design of the basic framework of an independet agency for the sector regulation.
