Higher Education Program
The objective of the TC is to design and establish a system of accreditation for the institutions of higher education and to strengthen the Department of Higher Education (within the Ministry of Education) as well as the Advisory Board for Higher Education. The TC will also include a case study which will document the activities carried out during the reform process in El Salvador and which could later be used by other countries in the region as a "best practice" case.
