Training Program Countries C & D
The project would continue to provide financing in 1998 for phase two of the IDB initiative to develop permanent national capacity for training officials in national institutions in charge of project preparation and execution. The specific objective of the program is to enhance and strengthen dialogue in policy and program formulation and the processes of project and program identification, design, and management by means of a plan for training a critical mass of officials and instructors in the 19 Group C and D borrowing countries.
