Commercial Conflicts Solution
The specific objectives of the program are to provide technical assistance to the CCG for (a) consolidation of the institutional and administrative framework of the CENAC, so as to provide adequate and reliable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services; (b) preparation of a development and dissemination strategy for ADR services that will lead to the consolidation of a market for those services; and (c) improving the technical capacity of the ADR system, through the operators, support staff, users and their representatives, and members of the judicial system.
