Strength. Access to Judiciary Systems

The general objective is to contribute to improving access to justice in the Bank's member countries, particularly the less developed countries, through an analysis of different mechanisms and experiences with public and private services providing access to justice for sectors traditionally excluded from society. This would complement and give greater momentum to other recent efforts by the Bank and participating countries.
