Popular Housing Program: Delivery Scheme
The goal of the TC is to help the Government of Nicaragua to develop the operational framework and instruments for the new housing strategy. This TC will provide information and assistance to the government to design and pilot new instruments which will empower a broad range of private actors and local governments, and the private sector to delivery housing improvement and construction projects. The experience during this "transition" phase will be used for the definitive design of a sector-wide Program for Bank support.
