On the Job Training Program
The general objective of the program is to encourage MSME owners to invest in human resources training at all levels: executive staff, middle management, and workers, through two subprograms. The specific objective of Subprogram A is to adjust the supply of training, so that it meets the need for human resources training and retraining among MSMEs in a more flexible, practical and concrete fashion. The specific objective of Subprogram B is to implement an efficient system to assess needs and plan training activities at the enterprise level.
