The project will provide technical assistance to improve the productivity and competitiveness of small-scale coffee producers in El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua by helping them to integrate vertically in product processing and marketing, the two most profitable stages in the value chain.The main componenets of this three year pilot program are:(a) improvement of cooperatives management(b) regional coffee marketing initiative
