State Reform
The proposed program has as its objective to broaden the existing knowledge on the processes of State reform, extract lessons, identify the challenges pending and to contribute towards the systemization of knowledge. Specifically, the program would attempt to i) develop and validate a methodology for studies on reforms and ii) evaluate the experiencies in State reform and modernization in a limited munber of topics and extract lessons which may emerge from this experience.
