Enterpreneurial Private Investment

The general objective of the project is to boost the competitiveness and productivity of private enterprises in three selected sectors through greater workforce efficiency.
The specific objectives are to:
(a)encourage small and medium-sized businesses in the construction, tourism and wood processing sectors to invest in training for their employees;
(b) promote a better supply of training services in response to private sector demands;
(c) generate experiences that can serve as best practice models for a future national occupational certification program.
