Enery Sector Restructuring
This project includes a proposal for a new fuel and natural gas system, as well as a legal project which will be drawn up for the hydrocarbon sector (petroleum, natural gas, and its derivatives). The execution of this project will be handled by the Direccion Nacional de Energia and will strengthen the electricity sectorís institutions and finance the creation of organizations that will regulate and control the sector.
