Restructuring Manos del Uruguay

The goal of this project is to make arrangements and planning strategies, increase productivity, and improve the commercialization designs and labor of Hands of Uruguay, a non-profit association comprised of 18 cooperative societies of producers from around the country. The program will have two stages: 1) a diagnostic study and preparation of a strategic plan and; 2) execution of this strategic plan. A capitalization fund will also be established with a contribution from Hands of Uruguay and resources from MIF to finance the buying of new equipment to replace the cooperative societies' old equipment.
