Regul.agency for Telecommunications

This program will help to reconstruct and promote the participation of the private sector in the electricity and telecommunications sectors. It will bring in technical experts from the private sector the telecommunications and electricity sectors to improve the quality and promote development. MIF aid will be used to organize and put into use regulations for these sectors, and to create human resources, teams, and computer programs that will facilitate the regulation of these services.
