Mif Bolivar Program Phase II

The overall objective of the program is to help boost the efficiency and competitiveness of the productive sector of Latin America and the Caribbean, particularly of small and medium scale enterprises, by establishing linkages between the productive, financial, scientific and technological, and government sectors and fostering the productive sector's capacity to penetrate the international market.
